You can cancel your order, placed online on our website, within 4 hours of placing the order. You need to submit the cancellation request, via email at [email protected] or [email protected], within this stipulated time and in such a case your entire order amount (excluding the Payment Gateway charges) will be refunded. Any request received after this stipulated time will not be entertained.
On your order cancellation, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once your order has been canceled, it will take 8-10 working days to process the refund into your bank account. Please note that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and other bank holidays.
